This Journal was founded in 1991 by Professor Jacques Rojot. The RGRH has been publishing research in HRM for over 25 years. It is a well-known scholarly journal listed and ranked by the FNEGE (rank 2), the CNRS (rank 2) , AERES as well as HARZING.
The RGRH publishes four issues per year, and on a quarterly basis. Each issue contains between 4 and 6 scientific articles.
The French journal called "Revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaines" (RGRH) is a scientific journal published in France. It publishes original papers in the field of Human Resource Management. Papers written either in French or in English can be submitted.
Its contributors - as its readers - are primarily scholars in the field of Management, even if its themes are also of interest for practitioners looking for theoretical aspects of HRM. Articles can deal with all the areas of Human Resource Management and adopt any epistemological or methodological approach, provided that they contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field.
