To submit an article to Revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaines (RGRH), please send your paper to revuegrh@gmail.com
All articles are triple blind-refereed. The three reviewers are selected by the Editorial Board according to their expertise and their academic reputation. The evaluators remain anonymous and the outcomes of the evaluation are as followed:- Acceptation of the article,- Refusal of the article,- Or comments. The author is authorized to re-submit a revised version of his article. The submission process can be repeated several times. While we try to decrease delays, the blind review process lasts several months.

How to submit an article

Submissions

Anonymous manuscripts should be written in Times Roman 12 point, double spaced with pagination and should not exceed 20 pages. They can be written either in French or in English.
The first page should include the title and summary in French and English with keywords. The second page should include the title and the introduction.
The authors agree to submit only original articles, with their own collected data (individually or collectively). Manuscripts should not be in a parallel submission or publication process in any other support.
All references should be indicated in the text as (author, year) and gathered at the end of the article in a section named "References" using the following format :
Book: author's name and middle initial, date of publication, Book Title, Place of Publication, Publisher, (example: SIMON H. (1947) Administrative Behavior, New York, NY: Macmillan).
Article: author name and middle initial (date) "Article Title", Journal title, Vol. x, No. x, p. xy, (example: SIMON H. (1955) "A Behavioral Model of Rational Choice", Quarterly Journal of Economics, 69, pp.99-118).
Tables to be inserted should be placed in the document.
